We combine practical support, English and digital skills, and community outreach so that no one is left isolated in HMOs, temporary accommodation or the wider community.

Bridge of Hope Program
The Bridge of Hope Programme is a six-month pilot providing field-based support to residents living in shared accommodation (HMOs) and temporary housing in the West Midlands. Through weekly outreach visits and small group sessions, we help residents access essential services, reduce isolation and move closer to education, training and employment.
